This schedule is flexible and may change due to public demand prior to or during the convention.

Deadlands

Deadlands is a game of the Wild West...er, Weird West. This CCG is set in a parallel universe where the Civil War did not end. The undead and supernatural creatures roam the world. Ghost rock is a powerful energy source. Various outfits vie to seize control of Gammora (the city with a motherload of Ghost Rock).

Dragon Ball Z

Dragon Ball Z is a fast paced action adventure. The Dragon Ball game allows/enables you to enter the adventure as Goku or Raditz and challenge other Heroes or Villains from the Dragon Ball Z animated series. Each players collects cards that represent the powerful Dragon Balls and characters. There are three victory conditions. Survival, outlast your opponent and make him run through his deck, Dragon Ball Victory, bring all 7 Dragon Ball cards into play or Most Powerful Personality Victory, which is achieved when you reach a higher level than your opponent above 3.

Dr Who

Dr Who captures the essence of the TV series, from its primitive Black and White days through it 30 years span. Players vie for control of the three time zones, Past Present and Future, while trying to eliminate their opponent.. The sealed deck event consists of 1 starter or 2 boosters. All tournaments are Swiss style tournaments.
These tournaments are the regional qualifier and the New South Wales state championship.

Highlander

Highlander is a card game of swashbuckling sword fighting skill and devious subterfuge. Players assume the role of an immortal with their own unique abilities. The gathering is near, as all immortals battle for "the ultimate prize", to the death. The game takes minutes to learn but longer to master. Don?t lose your head.

All tournaments are double elimination format. Each player can lose one game and still be in the running, unless you lose your head, from a head shot attack. Standard rules and FAQ?s will apply. Prizes include, promo cards and bonus prizes for nexus members.
These tournaments are the NATIONAL championships.

Mage Knight

Mage Knight is a collectible miniatures game set in a fantasy universe. Just like CCG's players build their armies up to the base point value of the army size (normally 200 points). All the information you need is on the pre-painted figure's rotatable base. Sealed Deck and Open.

Mythos

Mythos is a game of supernatural horror set in the universe of H.P. Lovecraft. Unsuspecting people become tangled in the horror of the elder gods and their insane influence. Players assume the role of an investigator, telling their tale (adventure) as they discover the existence of the elder gods and the nightmares they bring. Can you uncover the facts before you are driven insane?

There will be sealed deck and one open tournaments. Sealed Deck events will consist of 1 starter and FOUR boosters minimum. Three 50 minute rounds will determine the qualifying positions for the finalists. The top four scoring players after the three rounds will play off in the final without a time limit. Points are awarded for each qualifying game on the following basis: The winner of each game is determined by adding their sanity score and their adventure points. Once the winner is determined, the qualifying points are calculated by accruing adventure points plus position points. Position points are awarded on the following basis: 1st = 10, 2nd = 5 and 3rd = 2. Minimum deck size is 52 cards with 20 adventure points. All tournaments are two sessions per tournament. Prizes may include: card packets, game products, certificates and special cards.

Netrunner

It is the third decade of the 21st Century, the real world is just a shadow of the corporate and private struggles of Cyberspace. Your survival is determined by how you can perform within the 'Net, whether you're trying to process information or liberate it. Players take roles of Corporation and Runner, with the main aim of both sides being to obtain an Agenda. Corporations must attempt to nurture an Agenda to fruition, the longer it takes the more valuable it is. The Runner attempts to steal the Agenda off the Corporation. The Corporation can build several different means to defend Agenda under development, and the Runner can obtain means to break through defences. But they who gets there first, wins. In the world of NetRunner, it's either run....or be run over.

Players play two game per opponent with a 30 minute time limit for each game. Once as the Corporation and once as the Runner. There will be two sealed deck and two open tournaments. Prizes include, stock and promo cards. All tournaments consist of two sessions.

Terminator

Terminator allows you to assume any of multiple roles. Who will be the last left standing? Two tournaments will be available, open and sealed deck. Aliens vs Preadtor cards are compatible with Terminator and can be used in these events.

Tomb Raider

Tomb Raider is based on the popular computer game. Players assume the role of a Raider (including various versions of Lara Croft) and race for the treasure before their opponents. Each player also attempt to thwart the other and throwing additional obstacles.

Tomb Raider will feature one sealed deck tournament and one open tournament, with standard rules and FAQ?s. Players will compete in two rounds of 30 minute, against each opponent. (Each player uses their own location deck once in one of the two games). Up to 5 rounds of Swiss format games will be held, with the best result being the winner. Prizes may include, merchandise, promo cards and certificates.

Wyvern

Wyvern is a game of mythical dragons, treasure and dragon slayers, where player vie for control over the six zones of battlefield positions. There will be four Wyvern tournaments, two sealed deck (one starter and three boosters, one of each), and two open tournaments. We are using the standard rules and restrictions as per Wyvern Shadow #5 with current FAQ's. All tournaments are Swiss style tournaments. Prizes include limited prints and merchandise. These tournaments are the regional qualifier and the New South Wales state championship.
